It’s official.  Today is the first day of summer and we’re so excited.  The sun is shining, breeze is warm, the grass is green, the flowers are blooming and there is so much to do in Brampton.   The Flower City Festival is a wonderful celebration of arts culture and theatre in our fine city.  You can enjoy live performances, films and events in Garden Square during July and August.  *All Flower City Festival events are weather permitting.  For more information, visit the City of Brampton website at www.brampton.ca

Summer Concert Series

begins June 2nd in Gage Park!

Investors Group is hosting the Thursday Night Summer Concert Series in Gage Park starting June 2nd through to September 1st.  The show starts at 7pm and goes on till 9pm.   Bring a chair and enjoy a free concert every Thursday night in Gage Park by some truly entertaining and talented folks! Celebrate National Aboriginal Day today!

Canadians from all walks of life are invited to participate in the many National Aboriginal Day events that will be taking place from coast to coast to coast.  In fact, today kick starts the 11 days of Celebrate Canada! which includes National Aboriginal Day (June 21), Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day (June 24), Canadian Multiculturalism Day (June 27) and concludes with Canada Day (July 1)!
